Luke was very pleased to be asked to help Bath Festivals by Site & Event Managing Party in the City for them in Parade Gardens this year.
The team were onsite from 7am until gone midnight for the event ensuring all of the infrastructure was in place to enable the event to happen. The event was enjoyed (for free) by over 4000 local residents during the night.
In the lead up to the event Luke helped Production Co-ordinator Bobby Crowhurst put together the Event Management Plan and all of the risk assessments, safe working practices, licences and emergency procedures for the event.
